Looking to learn English, earn your GED and continue your education?  Phillips County Family Education Services, Inc. (PCFES) is what you are looking for!  We offer a wide variety of educational classes for adults along with FREE educational and after school programs for children.  We are a 501(3)(c) non-profit organization and receive funding through Northeastern Junior College and private Foundations and Trusts throughout Colorado. 

Our programs would not be possible without the help of private donations, fundations, trusts and Colorado Department of Education!
