PCFES is an Affiliate of Dolly Parton Imagination Library

Open registration for children age 0-5 years to receive a free book every month!   Visit www.ImaginationLibrary.com to register or contact our office for a registration form. From December 2020 to July 2022, children in Phillips County have received a total of 2,800 books!
